Sapphire Suite | Near NYC & EWR

Property needs to address issues! Positive: I did like the location and it was in a clean quiet neighborhood. Negative: There were quite a few issues with the property. Starting when you enter or exit the front door an alarm and strobe light go off. Everyone around you knows when you come and go. The neighborhood was quiet, however whoever is living above was extremely loud until late hours and at one point banged up against a shared door, they startled us. You could also hear kids yelling and crying. There were multiple centipedes around the fake fireplace. Didn’t dare to walk without shoes. Dining room chair and couch are stained and broken, making it uncomfortable to use. Also when we went to use silverware, they were dirty. Everything had to be checked and washed. Property advertises full kitchen, really you have a hot plate, microwave and fridge… not my idea of a full kitchen. Came to town to say our goodbyes to a passing relative and was so disappointed in this property, last thing I wanted to worry about.
