We did stay during winter so we avoided the basement level if possible since it was chilly down there (but nicely renovated, basement bathroom has a cool light). We wanted to try the hot tub but it said it would take a long time to heat up - so we just didn't use it. The massage chairs on each floor were a HIT!! Overall, my team and I enjoyed our trip very much." (10/5)

1. There was no other house on Airbnb that I could find in NYC vicinity that had like 9 bedrooms and 15 beds.  Beds were very comfortable and everyone appreciated having a comfortable bed to sleep in.   
2. House is very close to public transport to NYC which is very easy to use.  
3. We were able to have 3 dogs in the house ($50 charge per dog).  This really was important to us.  
4. The fenced back yard was good for dogs but nice to have back door open when cooking. Several people enjoyed the jacuzzi and the outdoor sauna in backyard.
5. There were 2 kitchens on the 2nd and 3rd floors and fridge in the basement.
6. There are 3 amazing massage chairs on each house floor.
7. Natalia and other hosts are very responsive and eager to address any issues." (8/5)
