Mariam was an amazing host! Her home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean—perfect for a big group or large family. The place is in a private, secluded area, which made our stay very comfortable and peaceful. We especially loved the nice balcony. Mariam was very responsive whenever we needed assistance, and both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in Egypt, and I highly recommend her place to anyone looking for comfort, space, and great hospitality. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Second time staying here, and it was a great experience once again. Mariam is a very hospitable and responsive host, making everything smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the PS5 being a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at Mariam’s place! The apartment was spotless, very spacious, and had everything I needed, including a PlayStation, which made the stay even more fun. Mariam was an exceptional host, she was incredibly responsive, kind, flexible, and very easy to communicate with. She made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!
Great host and a nice comfortable apartment.
The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully furnished. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, best sleep I’ve had in a while. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring Cairo. Highly recommend.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Modern Stay will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Modern Stay will match it.
